our belief

God wants to be in every part of our lives and that includes athletics.  To be a true champion we need to first know our identity in the Lord.  We train physically with dynamic motion exercises that teach our bodies to move efficiently and effectively. We work emotionally on how to process information and challenging situations that all competitors experience.  We live spiritually, in Gods word, learning who we are in Christ and how to succeed in bold humility while continually growing into our true identity.

our PLAN

We hope to help students, become captains that grow into mentors that become coaches who are leaders.  It doesn't matter if you come for a one week camp, a month long training or work with us for years.  Our goal remains the same; create real relationships that offers our help for a lifetime.  We are committed to be truly getting to know every saints member and to help them in any way we are able, forever.

gregg katchmark

Gregg has a passion for building relationships, athletes and Gods kingdom.  With the creation of Saints Training he is merging those three passions together to make future leaders on the field and in the world.

Gregg graduated from Orono High School and then St. John's University where he played Baseball, Hockey and Soccer.  He also competed on SJU's volleyball and Lacrosse clubs.  Post graduation he continued to play baseball at the amateur level until he transition his efforts to coaching high school hockey and soccer in 1998.

Gregg likes to center his athletic training around functional and dynamic exercises to build strength, speed, power, flexibility and durability.  He has several certifications with TRX Suspension Training and believes core functional training is the best way to create strong athletes.

Since 2010 Gregg has been working with Community Sports Development (CSD) Council to help build soccer fields and community centers in impoverished communities around the world.  CSD is a collection of Christian leaders that donate resources and volunteer time to be able to build fields and facilities for 70% less then market value.  We utilize these projects and the game of soccer as an incredible way to introduce people to Jesus love .

Dr. becky katchmark DC

Dr. Becky, DC has been practicing chiropractic for over 13 years as well as teaching in higher education for the last 7.  She has a special interest in pain education and foundation/movement pattern disorders.

Becky recognizes that good health depends on one's physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well being - known as the biopsychosocial model.  Utilizing this model she bases her treatment protocols on what she considers her basic truth/guiding principles.

TRUTH #1:  God created the human body to thrive through movement.  My goal, as a musculoskeletal specialist, is to assess your basic movement patterns, identify dysfunction (due to injury or poor habits), and educate you on how to improve those patterns.

TRUTH #2:  Good education has the power to change a life.  Evidence shows that patients who better understand their pain and what pain truly is; experience less pain, have less fear, move better, exercise more and can regain hope.  My goal is to educate patients about their pain utilizing protocols in pain neuroscience education (PNE).
